Following the restainment of the six suspended judges in the country, a legal practitioner Paul Ananaba says it is a personal decision for judges to resign if they wish.

Speaking with the newsmen in Abuja, Ananaba affirmed that after several investigations by the Nigeria Judicial Council, prosecution can be preceded if allegation filed against the judges is genuine.

He further urged government at all levels to go in-depth in the course of carrying out their investigation adding that NJC should review the judges cases.

On his part Special Adviser to the President on Prosecution, Okon-Obon-Obla said that it is highly disappointing to have seen the judiciary giving contrary with the executive arm.
