Newly recruited forward of Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) champions, Rivers Angels, Patience Kalu has revealed that she has always wanted to play for the club.
In a chat with the club’s media, the former Bayelsa Queens player noted that she was happy that her dream has come true.
In the same vein, Super Falcons player, Halimatu Ayinde who until now played for FC Minsk of Belarus was ecstatic to be back in the country to play for Rivers Angels.
She assured fans of aiding the team to more glories.
The NWFL new season is expected to kick off on the 25th of March, 2017.
