Residents of Abusoro community along Ijoka Raod, Akure Ondo state have decried the continuous harassment of residents and motorist by suspected cultists most especially at Sunday Bus Stop.

A resident who refused his voice to be used for the fear of recognition, while speaking with Breez FM said the suspected cult members are so bold, they harass people at any time of the day with no fear.

A victim of such harassment said he was once accosted by a member of the cult, claimed he was taken to an ATM and made to withdraw from his bank account to its minimum balance where the hoodlums took away his 50,000 naira.

It would be recalled that the Coalition of Akure Youth Organization through its President, Tuyi Adekanbi recently called on the state government and the Ondo State Police Command to stop the increased rate of cult fight in the state.

A body was found yesterday at the NEPA roundabout suspected to have been killed by rampaging cultists.
